Passing the baton

Please pray for the contacts and relationships that the Burches have developed in Shizuoka to bear fruit. They will be returning to the States for their retirement in February. Pray for those who have heard the gospel to believe and make decisions to follow Christ. Also, pray for DR and MR as they prepare to come. Pray that the Lord would grant them favor as they are presented to the board in April for appointment to Shizuoka. Ask for the Holy Spirit to prepare DR and MR spiritually for their hopeful life in Shizuoka. Pray that God would work in the hearts of the Japanese even now to hear the good news that DR and MR are coming to share.
