Many survivors are enjoying the work done by volunteers as they sit on decks of community buildings, enjoy tea and discuss the needs of the community. Children come to play at the picnic tables made by volunteers.
Construction workers come and buy obentos (box lunches) at one donated building and sit on the deck and eat. These sites are providing work for survivors, a sense of community. They are also locations for training for handicapped who need jobs. Pray for each person who comes to these places to have a hunger to know God. Pray they will find rest and refreshment as they come.
